Our MD, Darren Manning, has worked in senior recruitment for many years, most recently in the international telecoms, technology and mining sectors; finding clients senior staff in operations, finance, marketing, customer service, procurement and technology as well as other specialists such as geologists and engineers.

He has also managed large multiple hiring projects acting as a client's Head of Recruitment and working at board level.

DJMRO is a new concept in career advice/recruitment which places the candidate job-seeker in the driving seat.
